1. Website Usage Agreement

By accessing and using the Xiventro website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Course Description

Xiventro provides professional floristry education including but not limited to:

• Beginner's Floristry Workshop (1 week, 5 sessions)
• Professional Floristry Course (4 weeks, 20 sessions)
• Floral Business & Branding Masterclass (2 weeks, 10 sessions)
• Advanced floral design and styling
• Event and wedding flower setups
• Hands-on projects and portfolio creation
• Floristry certification programs
• Business development for florists

3. Enrollment and Payment

All courses must be enrolled in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged.

• Beginner's Floristry Workshop: ₺6,500 TRY
• Professional Floristry Course: ₺18,900 TRY
• Floral Business & Branding Masterclass: ₺11,700 TRY
• Payment plans available upon request
• Group discounts for 3+ students
• Early bird discounts for advance enrollment

4. Cancellation Policy

Courses can be cancelled up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

• Attending all scheduled classes and workshops
• Arriving on time and prepared for each session
• Bringing required materials and tools as specified
• Following safety guidelines and studio rules
• Completing assignments and projects on time
• Paying course fees as agreed
• Respecting fellow students and instructors
• Maintaining a professional attitude during classes

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow strict safety procedures to ensure the best possible learning experience. All students must sign a course agreement and follow safety guidelines.
